Wanda Y. Foley, age 86, of Monroe, passed away Saturday, December 18, 2021 at ProMedica Skilled Nursing and Rehab.
Wanda was born November 24, 1935 in Hazel, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Nollie J. and Ella (Alton) Wisehart. She married Cleo Lee "C.L." Foley January 19, 1957, sadly he preceded her in death.
She is survived by her two daughters, Rebecca (Rob) Saunders of North Carolina and Beverly (Bob) Miller of Kentucky; seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Wanda is preceded in death by her parents and a son, David Foley and daughter-in-law, Brenda Foley.
In accordance with Wanda's wished cremation has taken place and there will be no services at this time. Bacarella Funeral Home is assisting the family.
