Timothy David Kundrat, 60 years, a lifelong resident of Monroe, Michigan went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 24, 2015 at Promedica Monroe Regional Hospital.
Born October 2, 1954 in Monroe, Tim was the son of Paul and Albina (Carducci) Kundrat. Tim was baptized, confirmed and was an altar server at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Monroe. He attended St. Joseph Catholic School and was a 1972 graduate of Monroe High School. He also attended Monroe County Community College.
Tim worked for Chrysler Corporation's Trenton Engine Plant from which her retired in 2012.
Tim was a lifelong member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Monroe and was currently a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Monroe. He was a true music lover and was a member of the band RAM where he played bass guitar. He enjoyed muscle cars and watching the Three Stooges. More than anything Tim enjoyed time spent with family.
He is survived by two loving sons: Todd M. (Kristen) Kundrat of San Luis Obispo, CA and Eric D. (Chelsea) Kundrat of Arlington, OH, his beloved mother Albina (Carducci Kundrat) Graham of Monroe, two treasured grandchildren: Ava and Isabella, with another on the way, and two sisters: Paula A. (Barney) Bunce and Anna M. (Herbert) Ball both of Monroe. Sadly, Tim was preceded in death by his father and step father: Charlie Graham.
Visitation will be held on Friday, from 2-8 PM in the Bacarella Funeral Home, 1201 S. Telegraph Rd., Monroe, MI, 48161, where funeral services celebrating his life will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at 11:00 AM. Fr. James Smalarz, pastor of St. John The Baptist Catholic Church, will officiate.
