Patricia Ann "Patty" Reip, age 58, of Hinesville, GA, formerly of Monroe passed away Monday, October 13, 2008 in her home surrounded by her loving family. Patty was under the care of Hospice. She had been in poor health for 2 years and seriously ill for the last 2 months. Patty was born April 8, 1950 in Albuquerque, NM, the daughter of the late James E. and Gertrude (Barbier) Bolton. Patty spent most of her life living in Monroe and attended Monroe High School. Patty's first marriage was to Dennis Wolfenbarger, she then married Gene Boyd. Patty then married her beloved husband Kenneth Reip in Las Vegas, NV. Patty was self employed and owned and operated her own cleaning service. She also worked at Wrangler Jeans and at Floral Designs in Arab, Alabama. Patty was a member of the House of Prayer Christian Church in Hinesville, GA. Patty is survived by her beloved husband Kenneth, 3 loving children; Dennis Wolfenbarger of Texarkana, TX, Deana (Jesse) Scott of Hartford, MI, and Dana (Terry) Belin of Berrien Springs, MI, 2 step sons; Rev. David (Kalei) Reip of Hinesville, GA, and Richard (Karen) Reip of Las Vegas, NV. 1 Brother Gary Bolton of Monroe a 2 sisters; Brenda (Tom) Reip of Las Vegas, NV and Linda (Buck) Jennings of Monroe, 9 cherished grandchildren; Desire, Rachel and Michael Wolfenbarger, Michelle Tayman, Zachary, Victoria, Johnathan, Andrew and Isabella Belin. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents Patty was preceded in death by her 2nd husband Gene Boyd, 2 brothers; James Bolton and Dennis Dean Bolton, 1 sister Karen Bolton and her grandparents. Visitation will be held in the Bacarella Funeral Home, 1201 S. Telegraph Rd., Monroe, on Friday, October 17, 2008 from 11:00 AM until funeral services celebrating her life at 1:00 PM. Patty's step son the Rev. David Reip will officiate. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park. The family is suggesting memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Foundation.
