Patricia Anne Busenbark, age 76 of Monroe, passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at the home of her daughter, April.
Born November 24, 1947 in Monroe, Patt was the daughter of the late Alvin and Margaret (Kraljevich) Twitty. On September 9, 1967, she married William J. Busenbark at St. Michael Catholic Church. Together they raised three children. Sadly, Bill preceded her in death on August 29, 2003.
Patt was employed by Monroe County Community Credit Union for several years, earning the position of Head Teller. She later worked in the library at Manor Elementary School in Monroe, and the Family Medical Center in Carleton before retiring.
Patt loved reading the Bible, gardening, attending garage sales, and rescuing abandoned cats.
Patt is survived by her children, Scott (Reggina) Busenbark, April (Andrew) Leibold, and Taryn Busenbark, all of Monroe; and nine grandchildren, Jessica, Josiah, Faith, Creed, Ayden, Ashton, Addyson, Alexander and Autumn.
Family and friends may visit from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday, Apr. 21st at Bacarella Funeral Home where services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday. Pastor Jay Anderson of CrossPointe Church will officiate. Burial will be privately attended by family at Gethsemane Cemetery.
