Michael Raymond Laitur, Jr., age 73 passed away Saturday, November 23, 2024 at Corewell Health Wayne Hospital.
Michael was born December 24, 1950 in Detroit, he was the son of Michael Raymond and Mary Catherine (Maich) Laitur.
He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Timothy and Karen Laitur of Monroe and a niece, Emma Laitur of Monroe.
Michael is preceded in death by his parents and twin brother Thomas.
Visitation will be held Friday, November 29, 2024 from 12 noon until funeral services begin at 2 p.m. at Bacarella Funeral Home, 1201 S. Telegraph Rd, Monroe. Burial will take place Monday at 12 noon at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, 17100 Van Dyke, Detroit, MI 48234.
Memorial contributions in Michael's honor are suggested to Monroe County 4-H.
