Mamie Rath (Moyers), 94 of Farmington Hills, MI went to her eternal reward Friday, February 28, 2014. She was born in Blue Diamond, Kentucky, in May 1919, the daughter of the late Maynard and Pearl Smith. She was an employee of S.S. Kresge for over 25 years, until its closing. She is survived by her children, Sylvia Moyers, of Charlottesville, VA., Ruth Ann Popejoy, of Smyrna, TN., Benita Bressler (Dean) of Ida, MI., Rev. James R. Moyers (Pennie) of Elkton, MD. She had seven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Edmond, her daughter Vicki Sue Kohler, and one granddaughter, Melody Ann Escue (Popejoy). Services will be at the convenience of the family.
