Lucille Wedell's Obituary
Lucille Wedell, age 89 of Monroe, passed away Sunday, October 19, 2025 in her home.
Born January 28, 1936 in Monroe, Lucille was the daughter of the late German and Flora (Pierson) Dye. She married Warren G. Wedell on November 12, 1960.
Lucille is survived by a daughter, Terry Lee (Kevin) Brown of Abingdon, MD; brother, Joe Dye of Orlando, FL; son-in-law, Ken Elmore of Houghton Lake, MI; four grandchildren: Danielle Powell, Vanessa Brown, Kevin Brown, and Sierra (Joel) Lomasang; seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
In addition to her parents, Lucille was preceded in death by her husband; daughter, Debra Elmore; three brothers, Eugene, Tom, and Pete Dye; and a sister, Montana Lingar.
Bacarella Funeral Home is assisting the family with cremation and interment services through Roselawn Memorial Park. No public services will be held in accordance with Lucille's wishes.
