Leslie A. Eby, age 83, passed away Friday, July 18, 2025 at Seacrest Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.
Born June 10, 1942, in Toledo, Ohio, Leslie was the daughter of Lester Dupler and Alice (Bush) Nofziger. She graduated from Dundee High School. On September 20, 1958 she married the love of her life, John W. Eby at St. Joseph Church in Maybee. Together they shared 66 precious years of marriage and had three daughters.
Leslie dedicated her life to being a homemaker and raising her daughters. She enjoyed reading and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband John, three daughters, Debbie A. (Rick) Kinsey, Terry A. (Larry) Liedel, and Cheryl A. (Mike) Bartolo; seven grandchildren, Nicole Walters, Joshua (Katie) Liedel, John (Mary) Kinsey, Alex (Nicole) Kinsey, Rachel Bartolo, Nick (Kelly) Bartolo, and Paige (Steve) Tenuta; a brother, Michael (Barb) Dupler; two step siblings, Kim (Kathy) Jenne and Peggy Rowland; four sisters-in-law, Angie (Ted) Sicha, Kathy Eby, Pat (Wes) Carroll, and Marsha (Kevin Serpa) Hancock; fifteen great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Leslie was preceded in death by her parents; stepparents, Wilma Dupler and George Nofziger; brothers-in-law, Mickey Lukacs and Jerry Eby; and a sister-in-law, Connie Lukacs.
A memorial visitation for Leslie will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at Bacarella Funeral Home, 1201 South Telegraph Road, from 10 am until the time of the memorial service at 12:30 pm. Fr. Michael Anagbogu will officiate.
