Jonathan H. Marshall, 59 years, of Carleton, Michigan, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, March 14, 2022 at ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital.
Born February 13, 1963 in Monroe, Jonathan was the son of the late Leonard F. and Norma J. (Schassberger) Marshall. He was a former member of Zion Lutheran Church, where he was baptized and confirmed. He attended Zion Lutheran Elementary School and was a 1981 graduate of Monroe High School. He served in the National Guard.
Jonathon worked for Renew Valve in Carleton and assisted his brother Mike at B&L Office Machines. He enjoyed model trains, fishing and time spent with family.
Jonathan is survived by two loving sons: Matthew A. Marshall of Carleton and Bradley M. Marshall of Columbus, OH, and his brother Michael J. Marshall of Monroe.
Memorial visitation will be held on Monday, March 21, 2022 beginning at 11:00 am at Bacarella Funeral Home, 1201 S. Telegraph Rd., Monroe, MI, 48161, where a memorial service celebrating Jonathan's life will begin at 4:00 pm that afternoon. Private interment will be held at Roselawn Memorial Park.
