Mr. John Marlow, 93 of Dothan, Alabama and formerly of Monroe, passed away on Monday, May 26, 2008 in Extendicare Health Care Center of Dothan, Alabama. Services were held on Thursday at the Ward Wilson Funeral Chapel, in Dothan with Rev. Bob Gross officiating. Graveside services will be on Monday, June 2, 2008 11:00 A.M. at Roselawn Memorial Park. Rev. Eugene White of Monroe Bible Fellowship Church will officiate. The Bacarella Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements. Mr. Marlow was born February 8, 1915 in Monroe to the late George and Margaret Ingle Marlow. Before moving south, Mr. Marlow was an active member of Monroe Bible Fellowship Church. Mr. Marlow is survived by daughter, Geneva Marlow (Joseph) Starling, Hartwell, Georgia; sons, William George (Shirley) of Dothan, Robert Lee (Margaret), Louden, Tennessee; Donald Earl (Suzanna) Germantown, Wisconsin; grandchildren, Raymond Riley, Suwannee, GA.; Terri Santamaria (Ray), Peachtree City, GA; Kimala Pringle, Keith Marlow, Dothan; Jane Cutter (Jeff), Greenland, NH; William C. (Jacinta), Berwick, ME; Erika Klingler (Chad), Andrea Kowssarie, Bryan, Ohio; great grandchildren, Stephen Riley, Jenna Santamaria, Meridith Pringle, Iain and Brody Cutter, Gabriel, Stephen and Ethan Klinger and William Spencer Marlow, several nieces and nephews. Mr. Marlow was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Mabe Marlow, daughter-in-law, Judy Ivey Marlow; grandson, Robert Riley; great grandson, Michael Kowssarie, five brothers and three sisters.
