Jeanann Regelin, age 77, of Monroe, passed away Friday, April 5, 2024, at Hampton Manor of Bedford.
Jeanann was born October 21, 1946, in Monroe, she was the daughter of Edmund O. and Helen M. (Pipis) Regelin. She married Lance C. Bauer on February 7, 1969, in Detroit.
She was a 1964 graduate of Jefferson High School.
Jeanann was a customer service representative for Monroe Cable/Comcast for 26 years before her retirement.
Jeanann dedicated 22 years of her life to the daily care of her mother.
She loved to travel with her mother, especially walking on the beaches in Florida and going to see her son in Arizona and California. She loved watching her mom beat the slot machines in the casino, but most of all, loved the time she spent with her grandsons; it meant the world to her to have them in her life.
Jeanann is survived by her two children, Charles (Bill) Bauer of Phoenix, AZ, and Margo (Bradrick) Manor of Temperance; two brothers, David (Linda) Regelin of Monroe and Mark (Marcia) Regelin of Monroe; her two grandsons, David (Alyssa) Manor and Brayden Manor and great-granddaughter, Luciana (Coming Soon).
She is preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Richard Regelin and Lance Bauer.
Visitation will be held from Friday, April 12, 2024, from 11 a.m. until funeral services at 2 p.m. at Bacarella Funeral Home, 1201 S. Telegraph Rd., Monroe. Dr. Steve Swisher, chaplain of Careline Hospice, will officiate. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park, LaSalle.
