Gary J. Beeler, age 55 of Monroe, MI passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2007 at 6:54 PM at Mercy Memorial Hospital. Gary had been in poor health for several years. Gary was born July 13, 1952 in Monroe, MI. the son of James R. and Ruby Alene (Jefferson) Beeler. Gary graduated from Jefferson High School in 1970 and went on to receive his associates degree in computer programming from Monroe County Community College. On September 6, 1975 at the 1st Presbyterian Church in Monroe Gary married Linda M. Scheich. Gary worked as a press operator for Union Camp, as a computer operator for Monroe County Intermediate School District and most recently as a driver for several auto transport companies in the area. Gary enjoyed NASCAR, working on automobiles, traveling and spending time at his place up north in Curtisville. Gary is survived by his beloved wife Linda, his two loving daughters; Jennifer L. and Jamie L. Beeler both of Monroe, his parents James R. and Ruby Alene Beeler of Sweetwater, TN, and his sister Celia Beeler of Sweetwater, TN. Sadly he was preceded in death by his sister. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2-8 PM in the Bacarella Funeral Home where funeral services celebrating his life will be held on Monday, November 26, 2007 at 11:00 AM.
