David M. Sisco, 54, of Monroe, died in his home, Monday, April 16, 2007. He was born September 22, 1952 in Monroe to John and H. Anne (Gibbs) Sisco Jr. A lifetime resident of Monroe, he was a 1970 graduate of Monroe High School. He was employed as a store manager at Budget Tire and Battery, a division of Jim's Towing from 1969-2003. Since then he has worked at Auto Value and volunteered at Duffey's Towing. He was an associate member of F.O.P. #113, Monroe, coached women's basketball, softball, and kid's baseball and football in Monroe for many years. He was an avid University of Michigan fan and enjoyed fishing. He is survived by two nieces, Kristine M. Sisco of Monroe and Kelly R. Sisco of Deerfield, MI and a nephew James A. Sisco, great nieces, Alyssa A. Sisco and KayLin` Day Boerboom, and a sister, Joyce (Dr. William) Harr of Melbourne, FL. Sadly, his parents a brother, John Sisco III, and a half brother, James Stewart preceded him in death. Friends may call Sunday at the Bacarella Funeral Home from 12 PM until his funeral service at 5 PM, the Revs. Harold Raines and Gary Pickrell of Monroe Full Gospel Church will officiate. Burial will take place at Riverside Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant, MI. Memorial gifts in his name may be given to the Trust Department at 5/3 Bank, Monroe.
