Danny Eugene Page, 73 years, of Detroit, Michigan, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit.
Born April 4, 1952 in Monroe, Michigan, Danny was the son of the late John Henry and Jimmie Lee (Brooks) Page. Danny attended Monroe Public Schools and was a 1970 graduate of Monroe High School. While in high school Danny played and lettered in football. An excellent athlete he went on to play and coach basketball at the Arthur Lesow Community Center and play baseball for Hoskins Billiards. He was a graduate of Universal Barber College in Detroit and owned Danny's Hair Salon.
On November 30, 1996 Danny married his beloved wife, the former Mary A. Williams, in Detroit.
Danny was a member of Soul Harvest Ministries in Detroit. He enjoyed playing Domino's and cards. He also enjoyed baking; he was known for his Ms. P.'s Carrot Cake. Most of all Danny enjoyed time spent with family and friends.
Danny is survived by his beloved wife of 29 years, Mary, two loving sons, Corey (Deandra) Nowlen of Indianapolis, IN, and Kamaray Page of Detroit, three cherished grandchildren: Anthony Carr, Jr., Corey Nowlen, Jr. and Kyrei Roberts, four treasured great grandchildren, with another on the way, and two sisters: Deborah Edwards of Monroe, and Carolyn Page of Ypsilanti.
In addition to his parents, Danny was preceded in death by a daughter LaTrese Page, and granddaughter Laisha, four brothers: Charles, Richard, and Glenn Page, and Wilbur Dobbs, Jr., and two sisters: Henrietta Pree and Evelyn Austin.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026, beginning at 10:00 am at Bacarella Funeral Home, 1201 S. Telegraph Rd., Monroe, Michigan, 48161, where funeral services celebrating Danny's life will start at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
