Obituary

Carolyn E. Bellino, age 84, of Monroe, passed away Monday, May 26, 2025 at Wellspring Lutheran Services.
Carolyn was born October 25, 1940 in Monroe, she was the daughter of Olin and Jeanette (Moore) Turner. She married Joseph N. Bellino, Sr. October 5, 1957, they were able to celebrate their 67th anniversary before he passed November 23, 2024.
She was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Church and attended Monroe High School.
Carolyn was a nurse's aide at Frenchtown Nursing Care center for many years. She then worked as an assistant activities director and was a volunteer at Medilodge of Monroe until her retirement in 2016.
She enjoyed playing bingo, reading, spending time with "the group", going to the family lake house and traveling. One of the greatest joys in her life was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her five sons, Sen. Joseph N. (Peggy) Bellino, Jr. of Monroe, Nicholas T. (Christine) Bellino of Evergreen, Co, Michael A. (Stacy) Bellino of Monroe, Mark S. (Neal) Bellino of Monroe, Corey C. (Heather) Bellino of Temperance; daughter-in-law, Grace Bellino; two siblings, Bud Turner and Wanda Keilman; her husband's siblings; Tom (Kathy) Bellino, Bonnie Bellino (Jack's widow), Dan (Karen) Bellino, Jeff (Linda) Bellino; ten grandchildren, Mary (Derek) Bezeau, Annie (Robbie) Sullivan, Meg (Craig) Lutz, Cristey Parriet, Kate (Grant) Baker, Mariah Bellino, Ethan Bellino, Benjamin Bellino, Lizzie Bellino and Emily Bellino and eight great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her parents and three sisters, Ruby Marx, Ada Bitzer and Jennie Turner; two brothers-in-law, Nick Bellino and Jack Bellino
Visitation will be held Friday, May 30, 2025 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Bacarella Funeral Home, 1201 S. Telegraph Rd., Monroe. She will lie instate Saturday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Michael the Archangel Church with Mass of the Resurrection at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Monroe.
Memorial contributions in Carolyn's memory are suggested to Humane Society of Monroe County or Heartland Hospice.
