Carol Jean Sibole, 59 years, a resident of Monroe, MI for the past 2 years, passed away Saturday, January 30, 2010 at 5:02 PM in Mercy Memorial Hospital. Carol was born November 30, 1950 in Detroit, MI the daughter of the late William Nester and Jean Campbell (Phillips) Fry. Carol grew up in Detroit and was a 1968 graduate of Cooley High School. On March 14, 1974 in West Branch, MI Carol married her beloved husband Leland L. Sibole. Carol was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church in Clarkston, MI. Carol was a wonderful homemaker and enjoyed all types of crafts including crocheting, needle point and sewing. Carol was a very special person with a big heart and enjoyed being with friends and family. Carol is survived by her beloved husband Leland, 2 loving daughters Veronica L. (Guy) Bomar of Monroe, MI and Vanessa L. Sibole of Sterling Heights, MI, 3 cherished grandchildren; Cheyenne, Skyler and Frankie Ann, and a sister Betteanne Hassler of Ortonville, MI. There will be no visitation and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
