Bryce Alexander Pillette, 27 years, of Monroe, Michigan, unexpectedly went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, in his home.
Born August 27, 1998, in Monroe, Bryce was the son of Gary J. and Dawn K. (McBee) Pillette. Bryce attended Monroe Public Schools and was a 2016 graduate of Monroe High School. While in high school he was consistently on the honor roll and lettered in track and field as a runner. He attended catechism classes at St. Mary Catholic Church in Monroe where he was baptized and confirmed in the Catholic faith.
Bryce was very organized and a true leader, at a young age he started working at McDonald's on Telegraph Rd. in Monroe, then as a waiter at Amaya's Fresh Mexican Grill and was currently working as an Inventory Leader at Pure Cannabis in Monroe.
Bryce was an incredibly talented artist and had a passion for photography, he especially enjoyed taking photos of nature. His artistry wasn't limited to photography, he also composed songs and enjoyed listening to music. He had a fondness for Anime, especially Dragon Ball Z, as many new him by his nickname, Goku. Most of all Bryce enjoyed time spent with family and friends.
Bryce is survived by his loving parents, Gary and Dawn Pillette, whom he made his home with, his caring brother and sister in law, Drake and Jessica Pillette of Monroe, paternal grandfather, Gary Pillette of Monroe, maternal grandparents, Carey and Roberta McBee of Monroe and great grandparents, J.D. and Bea McBee of Monroe, a nephew, Clayton Newlin, a niece, Quinn Pillette, two aunts: Krystal Roggow and Heather (Dave) Longmuir, an uncle, Carey McBee and many cousins and friends.
Bryce was preceded in death by his grandmother: Sandy Pillette, two aunts: Amber Pillette and Amy McBee and an uncle Raymond Roggow.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, from 12 noon to 6:00 pm at Bacarella Funeral Home, 1201 S. Telegraph Rd., Monroe, Michigan, 48161, where a time for sharing will begin at 5:00 pm.
As Bryce had a great love of animals, the family suggests memorials be made to the Humane Society of Monroe County.
