Brad E. Swain, 53 years, of LaSalle, MI passed away Saturday, February 24, 2007 at 6:18 PM in the Emergency Room at Mercy Memorial Hospital. Brad had been in poor health for 4 years. Brad was born March 1, 1953 in Fairmont, WV. the son of Russell and Martha (Willett) Swain. A 1971 graduate of Airport High School Brad went on to work for the Chrysler Corporation's Trenton Engine Plant. Brad was a HAM operator and enjoyed CB Radioing. He co-authored a book on scanner frequencies. He also enjoyed motorcycling on his Harley Davidson and drag racing events. Brad is survived by his significant other of 30 years his beloved Donna J. Larrow whom he mad his home with. His father Russell Swain and his sister Bambi (Stan) Bannister of Garden City, MI. Sadly his mother preceded him in death on October 4, 2002. Visitation for Brad will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2007 from 1-9 PM in the Bacarella Funeral Home where funeral services will be held at 7:00 PM. The Rev. James Jacobs, Chaplain of Mercy Memorial Hospital will officiate. Interment will be held at Roselawn Memorial Park.
