Bobbie L. Bussell, 87 of Dundee, passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Ebeid Center.

Bobbie was born November 12, 1938 in Harrogate, Tennessee, she was the daughter of Paris A. and Odell (Crigger) Sandifer. She married Rev. Johnny E. Bussell June 24, 1955, they were married for 69 years before he passed October 24, 2024.

As the wife of a pastor, she took on many rolls within the church that her husband was serving at. She took that roll seriously and helped with any task that needed done.

Bobbie believed her greatest accomplishment was her family. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughter, Tamera (Ronald) Morgan of Monroe, two siblings, Bonnie Sumpter of Tip City, OH and Wayne (Beverly) Sandifer of Cumberland Gap, TN; two sisters-in-law, Suzette Sandifer and Kay Sandifer; two grandchildren, Zachary Morgan and Johnna (Jason) Schultz and two great grandchildren, Mila and Oliver.

In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Amy Jo Rice; nine siblings, Opal Williams, Bill Sandifer, Inez Brooks, Doyle Sandifer, Earl Sandifer, Barbara Britton, James Sandifer, Ancil Sandifer and Patsy Ayers.

Visitation will be held Sunday, November 1, 2026 from 11 a.m. until services begin at 4 p.m. at Bacarella Funeral Home, 1201 S. Telegraph Rd., Monroe. Rev. Ron Morgan, her son-in-law, will officiate. Private interment will take place at Riverside Cemetery, South Rockwood.

Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, one of Bobbie’s favorite charities.
