Antonina M. "Toni" DuVall, age 80 of Monroe, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 5, 2023 in her home.
Born January 10, 1943 in Harrisburg , PA, Toni was the daughter of the late Carl and Phyllis (Encapera) Koszykowski. She graduated from Riverview High School and married Norman J. DuVall on February 6, 1965 at St. Cyprian Catholic Church in Riverview. He preceded Toni in death on June 1, 2022.
Toni was employed as a Medical Assistant for many years by several local dentists and doctors. After her retirement, life was all about the grandkids. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and enjoyed cooking and baking for her family.
Toni is survived by a daughter, Christine Notario of Monroe; three grandchildren, Andrew (Jordan) Notario of Toledo, OH, Abigail (Brandon Wilson) Notario of Monroe, and Elizabeth Notario of Monroe; two great-grandchildren, Bennett Wilson and Henry Notario.
In addition to her parents and husband, Toni was preceded in death by a son, Robert John DuVall, and a brother, Carl Kos.
In keeping with Toni's wishes, cremation will take place at Roselawn Memorial Park where her earthly remains will be interred in the cemetery Butterfly Garden. A brief memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 12th in the chapel at Roselawn. Monroe City Police Chaplain, David Edwards will officiate. All are welcome to attend. Bacarella Funeral Home is assisting the family with cremation and funeral arrangements.
