Andrew "Andy" B. Anderson, age 27 of Monroe, passed away unexpectedly Friday, September 23, 2022 while in Knoxville, TN.
Born July 6, 1995 in Monroe, Andrew was the son of Jeffrey and Dawn (Sharpe) Anderson. He graduated from Jefferson High School in 2013 and earned his HVAC certification in 2019 from Northwestern Technological Institute.
Andy was an avid fan of the Detroit Tiger's and enjoyed walking, bicycling, playing cornhole, and anything that included being outdoors.
Andrew is survived by his father, Jeff Anderson; mother, Dawn Anderson; brother, Aaron Anderson and sister, Rebecca "Becca" (Christopher) Male, all of Monroe; nephew, Joseph Peer; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Family and friends may visit from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 2nd at Bacarella Funeral Home where services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 3rd. Rev. Matthew Slater of Monroe Church of the Nazarene and Rev. Heather Boone of Oaks of Righteousness will officiate followed by burial at Roselawn Memorial Park.
