Alice M. Beauman, 69 years, a lifelong resident of Monroe, Michigan, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, July 24, 2026, in her home.

Born January 21, 1957, in Monroe, Alice was the daughter of the late Richard D. and Georgia A. (Lawson) Beauman. Alice attended Monroe Public Schools and was a 1975 graduate of Monroe High School. She grew up as a member of First Baptist Church in Monroe.

After graduation Alice went to work for Kmart in Monroe where she worked as a stock person, cashier, and any other job where she was needed. Alice retired when the store closed in 2017.

Alice enjoyed her job at Kmart, bowling, reading, and traveling with her mom, and nieces and nephew. She was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching the Michigan Wolverines, the Detroit Tigers, and the Detroit Pistons. Most of all Alice loved family.

Alice is survived by two sisters, Arlene K. (David) Parriet and Anne L. (Brian) Dehner both of Monroe; a nephew, Jeremy (Kayla) Dehner; two nieces, Jenna (Shawn) Spivey and Jessica Dehner; three great nieces and one great nephew.

Graveside services will be held at Roselawn Memorial Park on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 11:00 am. Rev.’s Kim and Cindy Semran, pastors of First Baptist Church in Monroe, will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Humane Society of Monroe County.

Bacarella Funeral Home, 1201 S. Telegraph Rd., Monroe, Michigan, 48162, is assisting Alice’s family with funeral arrangements.
